• Suman Rangabhashyam is a certified facilitator with Capsim Business Simulation(R), & Wharton Simulation USA and has over 35 years experience in management training, staffing, corporate communication, customer services, general management, finance and marketing. She is a financial management expert.
• She has handled projects for ICICI, Axis Bank, Infosys and L & T, Wipro, SEW Infrastructure Ltd, Alliance Consulting, Amazon, IIMs, ISBR, ISB and more.
• She facilitates entrepreneurial development sessions leadership development programs at various levels and is a visiting professor to JNTU and affiliate colleges, with the focus on “Entrepreneurial Development” She is an author and her book “Breaking the Growth Barrier” for entrepreneurs is doing wonders on Amazon. She is also a TEDx speaker.
• She has been President, AFWWA(L) ( NGO) Naliya from 2009 to 2011. Her work included management and administration across a wide swathe of the activities in the various ventures undertaken by the non-profit organization. In 2001, her work with AFWWA had also included rescue and development activities in Bhuj, after the Gujarat earthquake tragedy on the 26th of January, 2001. She has been the President of Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry– women’s wing. And is the currently the advisor to Aspiring Ladies Entrepreneurs of Telangana Association. She is a part of the International Board of Advisors of BNI in addition to being a Senior Director Consultant and a Launch Director.
• During the pandemic she partnered with Amazon and touched the lives of 3000+ learners to increase their passive revenue helping them elevate their dreams and aspirations. She has just completed a multi-crore project with Goldman Sachs as a CSR activity and is currently designing a program for inclusion and revenue generation for the marginalized community including LGBT and specially-abled. She is passionate for research & innovation, particularly in promoting sustainable energy solutions and works closely with companies in that space.
• She enjoys balancing out a very busy professional life with strong community links through involvement in not-for-profit organizations that can use her skills and enthusiasm. Her interests include music, movies and intricacies and intrigues of the business and financial world.
