• Hi, myself Dinesh Topale and I am currently heading “ IT- Customer Experience & Operations” for Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd. I have total 25+ years of rich experience in electricity utility sector . I have completed my graduation in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Mumbai University . I have successfully led various IT implementation projects for State electricity utilities across India under R-APDRP projects . Throughout my digital journey at AEML , I have successfully executed various customer -centric projects, including CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) , CCM systems ( Customer Communication Management ) , Smart Metering solutions for MBC ( Metering , Billing & Collection ) , . Presently we are undertaking project” Next Gen Contact Center & Conversational AI “. Under my leadership , we have developed various high-tech customer-facing applications, including mobile app, website , kiosk solutions for payment etc.
